Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28–$32 per hour ($58,240–$66,560 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek)
• Sales Commission: Earn 5% on all sales
• Paid Time Off: 48 hours to start, increasing to 168 hours with tenure

Your Role: Delivering Excellence

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and servicing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. Working from a company-provided vehicle, you’ll collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors to deliver top-tier service. Key responsibilities include:

• Arriving at job sites on time as dispatched
• Traveling between job sites as needed during the workday
• Reporting to dispatchers upon arrival and departure from job sites
• Operating and maintaining company vehicles and tools
• Performing filter changes and completing checklist paperwork independently
• Assisting with planned maintenance under the guidance of senior technicians
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting problems promptly to expedite parts delivery
• Participating in on-call emergency service as required
• Adhering to safety protocols and following supervisor instructions
• Committing to ongoing training to enhance technical and customer service skills

What We’re Looking For Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with HVAC systems
• Certifications: Valid driver’s license required
• Physical Requirements:
• Work from a 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder
• Willingness to invest in personal tools for HVAC service

• Flexibility to work a staggered schedule and on-call shifts as needed
• Commitment to attending training seminars and classes

• Basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles
• Familiarity with service tools and testing devices
