As a Jr. Field Technician, you will assist with various traffic data collection projects and other technical tasks as needed.

What are the core responsibilities for the role?

• Assist with various traffic data collection projects and other technical tasks as needed
• Communicate with the project manager and team members, and others as appropriate to the project
• Manage time effectively, organize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet project deadlines and client needs
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure client-specific demands are being met both in the office and in the field
• Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the company’s strategic goals
• Work with clients in a professional manner

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Additional schooling or training is a plus
• Solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to quickly grasp new technologies
• Good driving skills and a clean driving record
• Self-starter, often working alone to achieve specific goals
• Able to work in teams and get along with coworkers
• Strong computer and technical skills; Auto CAD, Excel, Word, or similar application is a plus
