About the role
Team Carney, a dynamic performance and professional development contractor, is actively seeking an Administrative Task Support/Analyst to join our team in support of a government agency in the area of law enforcement. This role involves administrative and clerical work in support of training programs.
THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME AND REMOTE.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND/OR OBTAINING A SECURITY CLEARANCE.

THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME AND REMOTE.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND/OR OBTAINING A SECURITY CLEARANCE.
Duties:
- Ability to effectively support training and financial administration functions
- Use excellent interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Update and maintain course content for instructor-led and web-based courses.
- Provide counsel or suggestions to increase performance efficiency and effectiveness and streamline processes related to training.
- Provide support to law enforcement related training development.
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation/obtain a security clearance.
- Academic high school diploma or G.E.D. with at least five (5) years of relevant office or clerical experience, preferably including training development management and financial management; OR
- An associate degree with a minimum of three (3) years of similar experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered if they demonstrate the ability to effectively support training and financial administration functions.
- Familiarity with the ERO Training Academy or comparable law enforcement training program is strongly preferred.
- Experience reading and understanding federal contracts and allocated funding and period of performance of contract line-item numbers (CLINs) and task orders (TOs).
- Working knowledge of personal computers and related Microsoft Office products to include an intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and understand the Federal Travel regulations (FTRs) and apply that knowledge to acceptable invoice costs.
- Experience working on FLETA courses.
