Human Resources Intern  - (250000DO) 

Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), a global leader in DDoS mitigation, application security, and multi-cloud delivery solutions, is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our collaborative and exciting team! Mid-Market GTM & Sales Leader

Responsibilities:

Recruiting Support:

  • Assist with job postings across internal and external job boards.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in open positions, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters and new hire materials.

  • Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Partner with the recruiting team on interview logistics, candidate experience, and background check coordination.

HR Administration:

  • Assist with maintaining employee files and HR databases.

  • Support HR reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking.

  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR communications.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing correspondence and updating internal HR records.

  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

  

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems or ATS a plus.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
