Objective          
The AGTEK Software Trainer is responsible for training of AGTEK software applications for takeoff, GPS modeling and production management. The AGTEK Trainer will perform online client training, classroom training at the Livermore, CA and Atlanta, GA offices, onsite training at clients’ locations, as well as develop training procedures and webinars, and perform product testing.

Responsibilities

• Train clients on AGTEK’s software products and mobile apps.
• Provide training and support for customers, salespeople and internal staff.
• Lead the training sessions for AGTEK’s three-day Hands-On training class and Online Seminar class.
• Communicate product updates and other technical issues to Agtek sales team.
• Assist with the development of training guides, videos and webinars.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience using AGTEK software.
• Ability to quickly master and explain software.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must have great communication skills, positive attitude and be a people-oriented team player.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
