Base Pay Range: $81,600.00 - $138,700.00 Annually

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and encouraging talent pipelines for our hiring needs and will be instrumental in our ability to scale our business Globally. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, with deep insight and understanding of how to analyze and influence recruiting outcomes through data. You will also need to demonstrate driving consultative relationships and communication with cross-functional partners at all levels.
