Role Overview:
Execution of Principal responsibilities requires significant knowledge of both company and industry rules as applied to registered product sales. Person in this role will be expected to exercise judgment and constantly seek ways to execute the supervisory responsibilities more and more efficiently. In the training space, person may assist in organizing and contributing to the creation of modules and other tools to assist Agency Standards Managers and other field managers and agents. Serving in this important role will continue to push the employee to broaden his or her knowledge base, addressing topics important to the development and ongoing high performance of Agency Standards Managers. Effective execution in this role will also positively impact the division's ability to improve efficiency and consistency in our training and development of Agency Standards Managers, which in turn will improve the ASM experience and better leverage the time and resources both within the Home Office Standards division and among the 12 Zone Agency Standards Officers. This role may also support other functions as needs and opportunities arise.
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Social Media Content
- Support the effective and efficient review of higher risk agent candidates.
- Assist in the Development, Organization, and Presentation of components in a Training Curriculum for Agency Standards Managers
- Support in the review of incoming and internal electronic communications
- Support the goal to effectively administer efforts to ensure that Agents and Field Managers complete required Field compliance/regulatory-related training and, when necessary, that actions are taken for those who fail to do so in specified timeframes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- FINRA Registered Representative and Principal (6 & 26/7 & 24)
- Minimum 5-7 year's experience
- Ability to understand a wide range of rules and regulations in both the insurance and securities industries and remain engaged in developing knowledge as those rules change.
- Ability to understand a wide range of Agency Standards Manager responsibilities, how best to create training to maximize an ASM's ability to execute the responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
- Effectively interact with individuals across multiple levels and departments in the organization, including ASMs, ZASOs, CCD personnel, attorneys, and others

Salary range: $72,500-$107,500
