Minimum qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

 

Preferred qualifications:

• One year of college experience

• Professional written and verbal communication
• Accountable to work assignments and the curious to seek answers when the data is not straightforward
• Logical documentation ability in Microsoft Word
• Able to engage with partners to accomplish goals

 

About the Associate Specialist, Customer Care job

Pay, benefits and more:

• Pay starts at $15.00/hour
• Temporary – This position will end on August 8, 2024

 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Analyze data to provide insight and suggest action items
• Work with applicable teams to document processes and streamline workflows
• Review data for large accounts and work as necessary to update account information
• Interpret sales bid package requirements and complete customer Requests for Proposal
• Manage customer information in Salesforce system
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a world-class customer experience
• Occasional direct customer contact may be required primary duty
