40%:    Provides comprehensive administrative support pertaining to Human Resources functionality such as drafting Position Descriptions, posting 

requisitions, distributing resumes, and scheduling interviews.  Serves as lead on tasks pertaining to staff hiring and onboarding.  Assists with delegated tasks
pertaining to Faculty Affairs, Credentialing, and Onboarding for faculty to include Focused Practitioner Privilege Evaluations, salary and rank approval
requests, space requests, research checklists, and other hiring documents and processes required by the Medical Center, College of Medicine, and
Department.  Initiates background checks, badge applications, ID processing, drug screenings, Department-specific Buckeye-Learn modules, and distributes
announcements of new staff hires.

Assists and troubleshoots activation of name.# and access to OSU systems and email account.  Submits eServices onboarding forms for incoming staff,
including equipment purchases, building access, assistance with parking permits, orientations, and scheduling comprehensive onboarding meetings for the
hire. Prepares office/desk space prior to an applicant’s first day, adds name sign outside office/desk, assigns and sets up computer, printers and Duo Mobile. 
Provides daily onboarding and orientation for the applicant’s first two weeks, alongside the Hiring Manager.

30%:    Administrative assistance to Faculty and Administrator.  Drafts and responds to routine correspondence; coordinates calendars and makes travel and lodging
arrangements; 

20%:    Serves as a centralized Department resource to coordinate and oversee processing of Expense Reports, Spend Authorizations, eServices requests, and
Visas.  Acts as travel, requisitions, and Human Resources Action (HRA) initiator and expert; serves as liaison with university offices, faculty, staff and
outside agencies.

10%: Other duties as assigned.
