Senior Data Analyst

As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Water data team in developing comprehensive monitoring and reporting systems. You'll create intuitive dashboards and analytics solutions that help protect homes from water damage. Our systems must effectively visualize and track normal household water usage patterns while identifying key trends and anomalies that matter to our business stakeholders. Success in this role comes from combining strong analytical skills with business acumen to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that provide value to both our professional installers and homeowners.

JOB DUTIES:

• Design and implement complex analytics solutions and dashboards to support data-driven decision making across the Water business unit
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide reporting solutions, including KPI definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions
• Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and documentation

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Experience in analytics and business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools with proven experience creating enterprise-level dashboards
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance
• Development experience with Python and Git workflows
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouse environments
• Bachelor's degree required (business, analytics, or quantitative field preferred)

WE VALUE:

• Experience with water flow systems, HVAC, or related industrial applications
• Experience with consumer facing IoT Products
• Knowledge of modern data stack including Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms
• Experience with Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with Git and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings to various audiences
