YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead and promote our controlling team in the business-to-partner area (B2P), process and manage relevant projects in your subject area
• With your team, you ensure continuous monitoring of processes and KPIs and provide all stakeholders, including management, with current reports
• You are responsible for clarifying open items in direct communication with our international business partners in the brokerage business and support your team with preparatory analyses if required
• You will also ensure that all partner incentives are evaluated on time and manage the associated billing processes
• You are the first point of contact for special billing processes and provide the necessary data and evaluations

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have several years of controlling and management experience and also have solid practical experience in project management
• Your Excel know-how is unbeatable and combined with your communication skills, nobody can beat you when it comes to reporting and presentation
• You work solution-oriented and analytically
• You remain structured even in an agile environment and coordinate tasks in a targeted manner within the team
• Very good knowledge of German and English is a given for you
