About the role

Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

As a Sales Systems Manager, you’ll lead development and testing, and assist with the architecture and design of the Salesforce application and integrations. Your goal is to understand and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Legal to set expectations and efficiently implement solutions. In addition, this role will handle the data integrity within our Salesforce instance and its connected applications.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Scope and build new processes to support our growing sales team (i.e.: new integration, playbooks, and rollout of additional use cases for Salesforce Cases).
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Developers on Development Operations, ensuring that work is tracked, tested, and moved between environments and on schedule for each project and release.
  • Participate in UAT testing and troubleshooting in conjunction with the rest of the admin and regional sales operations teams.
  • Respond to inbound questions and requests from the field and troubleshoot errors that users experience while also continuously thinking about ways to improve our systems to minimize confusion and errors.
  • Lead all aspects of data quality within Salesforce by understanding the procedures that update our customer data.
  • Own Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, lead routing rules, and public groups.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption and optimize the user experience while maintaining documentation of how our systems are configured.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and how it can integrate with other tools, along with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technical requirements and communicate them to both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Outstanding ability to maintain Salesforce documentation and communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong data management abilities including use of excel for data management and Salesforce Dataloader for updates.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Familiarity with a SaaS Go-To-Market business model
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Basic understanding of SQL/SOQL
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
