Team Summary:

We are dedicated to driving the RE&F brand and products forward, effectively managing public opinions, and fortifying internal teamwork. Our daily endeavors center around magnifying the positive reputation and influence of the Real Estate department, all the while persistently cultivating robust internal cooperation and synergy. Our main working directions are as follows: Hold Branding Activities. Provide Promotional Solutions. Control and Manage Public Opinions. Build Internal Collaboration and Cooperation.



Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement employee communication strategies and plans for the designated region, aligning with the company and departmental communication goals.

- Execute cultural activities within the department, including planning, organization, promotion, on-site management, and post-event communication.

- Manage departmental cultural communication channels, including but not limited to H5 content, copywriting, and video production.

- Support establishing and promoting the service brand, enhancing employee recognition and engagement through topics, events, and activities.
