Together, we impact the lives of everyone around us by powering an easier tomorrow for every citizen, bank, business and colleague.</p><p>What powers you at work?</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>You’ll be part of the Product Management Team for the Account Management Service and will be <strong>a key part of defining our set up and growth across Europe</strong>. Account Management Service (AMS) develops and enhances products for</p><ul><li>Scheme based Card Issuance (Visa, MasterCard, Domestic)</li><li>Lending Products</li></ul><p>The role comes with the flexibility to work from home – <strong>working location can be either of our +10 locations in Europe</strong></p><p>As <strong>(Senior) Product Manager</strong> you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You’ll  find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities are: </p><ul><li>Managing vision, strategy, long-term roadmap and development of the capabilities that are the building blocks for our products – addressing the customer and market needs</li><li>Bring in your industry knowledge and insights to develop our overall offering </li><li>Promote Account Management Service (AMS) products and solutions and support colleagues in the pre-sales, delivery, and implementation phases to ensure that the services provided by AMS are consistent with the commitments made</li><li>Work with new and existing customers to define the optimal product set up and delivering on the vision</li><li>Decompose business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap</li><li>Work in close cooperation with business analysts and development teams to define the details behind the business requirements</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills, motivation and that little personal twist make you succeed </strong></p><p>Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. </p><p>Your qualifications include </p><ul><li>Strong Product management experience with at least 4 years’ experience working in cards and payments businesses, preferably from the Issuer-side</li><li>Excellent communications skills verbally and in written English</li><li>Knowledge in one of the following areas will be considered as an advantage: Account and Card Management, Consumer and/or Commercial Cards and Lending Products</li><li>Good technical understanding to complement the excellent commercial mindset</li><li>Focused on creating slick processes, always aiming for simplicity and efficiency</li></ul><p>In terms of personal qualities, you have gravitas and presence, you are action-oriented and pragmatic and come with a curious, ambitious, and positive mindset.
