Warehouse Support Technician - Shipping and Receiving

AmpThink, a company specializing in constructing complex networks for various markets including sports and entertainment, commercial real estate, and industrial, is seeking a Warehouse Support Technician for Shipping and Receiving. As a member of the AmpThink team, you will join some of the brightest minds in the industry in building and supporting systems for high-profile events and organizations, including professional sports teams and world-famous venues such as the Mall of America. Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying accuracy of shipment and ensuring that the items are in good condition.
• Accurately label and record incoming materials and enter data into inventory system.
• Package and stage outbound shipments for pickup according to customer specifications.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stack, load, or unload incoming and outgoing inventory and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including cleaning and organizing shelves, pallets, and bins.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and update records as necessary.
• Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies and finding solutions to improve overall efficiency.
• Couriering parts and material to and from outside vendors within DFW.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience operating forklift and other material handling equipment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 60 pounds.
