Trilogy is looking for a hybrid Senior Program Analyst with knowledge and experience in payor operations and project management to support high-priority integration for a large healthcare organization. Team Trilogy provides project management, change management, knowledge management, and communications support for many large-scale enterprises in an effort to plan, engineer and implement enterprise transformative change. We are looking for skilled candidates with backgrounds in project support, project and program analysis, customer service, administrative assistance, and more. The chosen candidates must have the ability to support business travel 2-3 nights/week within the United States.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Planning, collaborating and driving transformative change within a large-scale healthcare organization
- Performing program analysis and evaluation
- Schedule and prepare for meetings, training, and other events.
- Collaborate with a variety of teams, including technical resources, end user groups, and stakeholders to define, analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Facilitating client-based meetings
- Developing/reviewing meeting agendas, minutes, master schedules
- Identifying, monitoring, and reporting project risks and decisions
- Developing/reviewing senior executive briefings
- Performing peer reviews of client deliverables/work products
- Developing/reviewing standard operating procedures
- Developing/reviewing various project management related documents
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Payor operations experience
- The ability to support travel 2-3 nights/week
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Previous large-scale healthcare enterprise experience
- Detailed understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Project) and their features/functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Experience with creating executive-level documentation and reports
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to process complex information, break it into logical steps/tasks to help solve, present it clearly to a range of audiences
- High level of entrepreneurship, professionalism and presence to succeed on the ground with clients; go-getter who can multi-task across multiple asset development and client delivery priorities
- Client service and operation mindset
- Able to provide leadership over and influence individuals and across multiple stakeholders from different levels, backgrounds by tailoring approach
- Ability to be a strong team player in a dynamic and changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certified
- Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly payors; knowledge of medical or administrative cost optimization is a plus
- Knowledge of automation or other AI is a plus
