Responsibilities:Assist experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on Cadillac vehicles.Learn and apply diagnostic techniques to identify vehicle issues.Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills and knowledge.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety protocols and dealership guidelines.Support the service team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.Previous experience or training in automotive repair is a plus but not required.
