Leveraging Oracle Health’s global leadership in EHR platforms and the full power of Oracle Fusion for enterprise operations, this role spans from provider prescription creation and clinical decision support, through transmission/routing to retail/mail-order/specialty pharmacies, to patient receipt of filled prescriptions with modern tools enabling compliance, automated refills, optimized medication management, and seamless supply chain/inventory control.
This role partners with health system executives, pharmacy leaders (hospital, retail chains, mail-order operations), and internal product/engineering stakeholders to translate real-world needs into actionable strategies, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market (GTM) motions to accelerate adoption, expansion, and competitive differentiation across global markets.
Positioned at the intersection of EHR-embedded clinical workflows, retail pharmacy fulfillment, and Fusion-powered enterprise operations, it articulates an integrated medication lifecycle vision that enhances safety, automates routine tasks, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives operational excellence.

- Partner with health system CMIOs, CPOs, and clinical leaders as well as Oracle Health product leaders to articulate the future-state, agent-assisted workflows that minimize errors, reduce clinician/pharmacist burden, ensure patient adherence, and integrate real-time status visibility.

- Track evolving competitive dynamics, including investor-backed entrants offering tech-first fulfillment models and major retailers' large-scale modernization initiatives (e.g., AI-driven routing, robotics, direct-to-patient delivery) informing agile GTM adaptations without vendor-specific dependencies.
- Lead market discovery via executive interviews, workshops, and forums to validate needs, refine positioning/messaging/packaging, and unlock new revenue streams.
