Are you an experienced caregiver looking for a flexible, high-impact role? We’re hiring four dedicated caregivers to rotate 24-hour weekend on-call shifts, ensuring reliable support for clients throughout Hartford County.

🔁 Rotating Shifts:

• On-call coverage for 24 hours (weekends only)

• Support provided for scheduling and coverage logistics
  
  

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Respond promptly to weekend care needs
✔ Provide hands-on assistance with personal care & transfers
✔ Support light housekeeping and medication reminders
✔ Travel to client locations across Hartford County
✔ Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care coordinators

✅ Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  
  
• Willing to travel throughout Hartford County
  
  
• Experience with transfers and personal care
  
  
• Dependable, responsive, and professional
  
  
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience strongly preferred
