As we expand, we're seeking a Head of Project Management to lead and optimize our development processes, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and timely delivery of key projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project management for key gaming initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to streamline workflows and drive execution.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking to maximize efficiency and output.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential bottlenecks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, milestones, and roadblocks.
• Resource Planning: Ensure the right talent and tools are allocated effectively across multiple projects.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high standards of project execution, ensuring deliverables meet business and customer expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of project management experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and product development cycles.
• Proven success in managing multiple, high-impact projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and execute with precision.
