We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

PayPal Ads is looking for an experienced advertising technology leader with a track record of building and scaling ad technology organizations. You will help create and drive the ads technology strategy, infrastructure, and architecture for the PayPal Ads organization and ensure that teams and individuals work towards the shared strategy of the Ads business.

We are establishing a new PayPal Ads division to drive the growth of our advertising business.
