Senior Business Process Consultant

Internally known as a Senior Analyst, you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to design and define customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director, Managed Services Platforms with: 
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements 
• Translate business requirements into technical specification 
• Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops 
• Maintain documentations and Knowledge articles
• Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
• Mentor more junior members of the team
• Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies
• Travel 25% or less

Qualifications

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform 
• Strong functional knowledge multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM 
• Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools 
• Certified System Administrator 
• Four years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum) 
• Strong presentation skills 
• Strong project and situational awareness 
• Strong communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Self-starter

• Maniacal focus on timely and quality work and superior customer satisfaction
