Responsibilities:

• Perform data conversion for customers based on available data sources as well as system provisioning tasks.
• Manipulate data to meet import requirements while maintaining data integrity and timely conversions.
• Create, execute, and maintain Microsoft SQL scripts in production database environments.
• Create, execute, and maintain Excel Macros and data mapping of report data elements by using data transformation software, such as Astera.
• Act as Conversion and Provisioning subject matter expert on team, and learn, document, and lead adoption of new Conversion and Provisioning tools and processes.
• Report risk analysis when quality issues are identified and ensure action items, issues, and defects are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in timely manner.
• Use current programming languages and source code to develop, test, debug complex applications and provide post-production support within agreed time, quality, performance, and budget constraints.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, DBAs, and system administrators to define and document technical specifications and schedule.
• Recommend changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards.
• Collaborate with external and internal customers to provide leadership in implementation and ongoing data conversion and system provisioning. Conversions & Provisioning team is responsible for handling data conversions for net new customer implementations and add-on facilities/care settings for existing customers as well as the provisioning and configuration of net new customer applications and add-on facilities/care settings for existing customers.

Minimum Requirements        

• Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science or a related field and
• 1 year of experience in data science, data analytics, or any combination thereof.
• Employer will accept pre- or post-Master’s degree experience. All experience must be post-Bachelor’s. Employer will also accept a
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science or a related field and
• 3 years of experience in data science, data analytics, or any combination thereof in lieu of a Master's degree or equivalent and 1 year of experience.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

• 1 year of experience with web-based applications;
• 1 year of experience writing queries and stored procedures with Microsoft SQL;
• 1 year of experience using Astera, including writing programs to extract, cleanse, translate, load, and validate data;
• composing project documentation (including use cases and detailed business specifications) and translating business needs into technical requirements; analyzing data and identifying patterns and root cause issues.
• interacting with both internal and external clients to develop project requirements, map data, document conversion rules between source systems, and serve as liaison between internal and external clients;
• developing new team processes, documentation, and team trainings, including the identification of knowledge gaps for future training; and
• managing and mentoring a team of technology professionals.

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. For skills #1-3, Employer requires 3 years of experience when qualifying with a Bachelor’s.
