Part-Time NOC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor

Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001, located in Duluth, MN. Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single-level living in mind. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning. We believe our nursing staff is the foundation of our success. This role would be an overnight supervisory role from 10 pm to 6 am, working a .6 block schedule. 

Responsibilities

• Medication management & chart auditing
• Passing Medications
• Supervising overnight staff
• Performing resident treatments as ordered per the care plan
• Observing, tending to and documenting residents health needs
• Communicating with RN Director regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concerns
• Reviewing appointments & setting up transportation for residents
• Processing MD orders completely and accurately
• Completing incident reports as needed
• Ensure the staff is performing safe practices
• Reviewing messages and communicating with staff through R-Task

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Minnesota LPN License
• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Leadership ability
• Must be able to occasionally fill in when needed during staffing shortages
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Pay Range: Based on experience, $26 -$30/hr
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
