We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead / Associate to support and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a labor-intensive role that involves manual handling of stock and operating equipment. The ideal candidate will manage outbound picking, shipping, and loading while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse staff and workflows, ensuring timely and accurate outbound picking, shipping, and loading activities.
Check-in delivery drivers upon route completion and verify returned products and quantities against return sheets.
Accurately document all shortages, overages, damages, and returns per company procedures.
Direct and process Will Call and Direct Bill orders.
Receive and process Point of Sale (POS) orders; enter and slot new items for night production.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries with carriers, purchasing departments, and independent contractors.
Receive, inspect, and sign for all inbound deliveries from trailers, containers, vans, and dock trucks.
Unload inbound shipments and verify order/invoice accuracy.
Conduct cycle counts and load audits to ensure inventory and loss prevention compliance.
Process repacked cases for restocking and manage product returns and claims.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assist in supply auditing, facilities maintenance, and equipment operation.
Comply with OSHA, SDS, and all company safety standards and procedures.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning, and Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
Complete assigned metric tracking forms and assist in maintaining warehouse security.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment.
Prior warehouse management or lead experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency with WMS systems, bar code scanning technology, AS400, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong verbal/written communication, math, and reading comprehension skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
Proven ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environm
