Job Responsibilities:

1. Craft high-quality coffee and beverage creations according to established recipes and standards.
2. Operate and maintain all coffee-making equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and cleanliness.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and processing transactions efficiently.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
5. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting needs to management.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Barista or in a fast-paced food service environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of coffee beverages.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
6. Residency in or willingness to relocate to Kotamobagu
