Job Description

As a a SAP Support Analyst on the IT team, you will make a positive impact by:  

• Providing functional assistance and support to SAP users by resolving problems and user incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Customizing and configuring SAP applications to align with evolving business requirements and enhance user satisfaction.
• Managing and maintaining documentation related to the application’s configuration and administration.
• Conducting training sessions for users, promoting optimal use of the SAP system and providing ongoing functional support.
• Collaborating the planning and execution of SAP projects, working closely with business units and IT partners, both internal and external.
• Assisting in defining and implementing user roles within the SAP system to ensure secure and efficient operation.

Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.  

• Experience:
  • • 2+ years of experience in a similar role as functional support within SAP environments.  Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
    • Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) is highly desirable and would be appreciated
• Skills:
  • • Strong IT systems skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholder.
• Abilities:
  • • Ability to communicate multiple different levels of employees and clients.
    • Responsive, organized and detail oriented.
    • Autonomous, ability to work independently.
    •  
• Education:
  • • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
    • SAP certification a plus but not required.
