Quality Assurance Nurse

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follow procedural framework for identifying, collecting, distributing, and filing the controlled documents for using the electronic document control system.
• Implement the electronic document control system in compliance with the Client’s standard.
• Process incoming and outgoing submissions, RFI, and correspondences.
• Produce a daily mail log.
• Produce reports on documentation and transmittals.
• Work with department manager to ensure timely processing of transmittals.
• Maintain project confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on construction projects including start-up and/or closeout processes.
• Experience with large-scale document control software is preferred.
• High-level discretion when managing confidential information.
• Professional, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team involving staff, clients, and outside agencies.
• Strong problem-solving, workload management, and organizational skills with limited supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access).
REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Computer literate in fiscal management and other database programs.
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and discrete disposition in carrying out regulatory tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
