Job Title: Retail Sales Associate / Wellness Member Advisor

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome clients in a calm and friendly manner
• Answer phones and schedule massage appointments
• Explain and sell our monthly Wellness Program using our proven sales process
• Process scheduling and payments using Mindbody software
• Address client feedback and turn concerns into positive experiences
• Support team members to ensure each day runs smoothly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills

• Strong spoken communication and a professional demeanor

• Ability to follow a structured sales process and meet membership goals

• Available during weekends and evenings

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous experience in retail or face-to-face sales (especially memberships or services)

• Customer service background in spa, salon, or hospitality

• Comfort using computers for scheduling and payment processingNote: This is an entry-level role—if you're friendly, dependable, and eager to learn, we’ll train you!

Pay & Perks:

• Hourly wage: $9–$12 (based on experience)

• Monthly bonuses tied to membership sales
