Reporting to the Senior Director, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting, this role will be highly hands-on, owning the preparation and execution of SEC filings and technical accounting analyses while also managing one direct report. </p> <p>This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys operating in the details, partnering cross-functionally, and helping build processes in a growing public biotechnology company. </p> <h3>Essential Functions:</h3> <p>SEC Reporting (Hands-On Execution) </p> <ul> <li>Own the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K </li> <li>Prepare and/or review primary financial statements, footnotes, and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements </li> <li>
