Role Overview: As the Business Unit Director for CVRM, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to bring life-changing treatments to those who need them most. You'll lead the charge in developing and executing therapeutic area strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving growth in a competitive market. 

What You'll Do: 

·       Lead and inspire a talented team to achieve sales and marketing goals 

·       Co-create a bold vision with the CVRM team and develop the architecture to enable its delivery 

·       Develop innovative strategies to maximize benefits of our chronic disease medicines for Polish patients 

·       Collaborate with internal and external partners to create effective patient-centric solutions  

·       Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform decision-making 

·       Champion our mission and values, embodying our commitment to patient care

·       Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership in a competitive environment within the pharmaceutical industry 

·       A strategic thinker with a strong track record of driving business growth
