Accenture Federal Services is seeking a motivated Program Manager with a Computer Network Operations (CNO) or Cyber background who understands emerging cyber trends and the evolving landscape of threats to National Security. This candidate will provide direct management oversight over a team of 5 - 50 engineers and researchers in the Washington Metro Area (WMA) who work across the full spectrum of CNO, to include vulnerability research and analysis, reverse engineering, capability development, software engineering, and system engineering. The ideal candidate would display the leadership qualities to manage, motivate, and prioritize tasking at the pace of the mission. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the technical, schedule, and cost performance of one or more programs.
  • Direct the practice of monitoring and controlling of project performance, to include metrics reporting, trends analysis, policy and scientific analysis, and project reporting to Government customers, AFS leadership, and project/portfolio stakeholders
  • Oversee and coordinate timely and accurate deliverable submissions to the Government customer
  • Manage program staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, training, retention, assignments, and ensuring labor qualification and security clearance requirements are met
  • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple different efforts as needed
  • Provide support to technical proposals and growth opportunities for this program
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, leadership, strong work ethic, teamwork, and excellent writing and oral communication skills

Here's what you need:

  • 5 years of demonstrated leadership within technology-driven federal organizations with at least four years leading teams involved in cyber operations or software engineering.
  • 5 years or more of hands-on experience establishing, building, or contributing to complex technical programs
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, manage and mitigate programmatic and technical risks

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience managing teams conducting Vulnerability Research, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering
  • Experience managing teams involved with software or tool development
  • Experience managing subcontractor teams
  • Experience leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics supporting technical programs for the U.S. Government.

Security Clearance:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $122,600 - $198,800 

Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700 

New York City: $141,800 - $198,800

Washington: $160,500 - $182,800
