PBLO Project/Program Manager I

Description

TSI seeks a highly skilled and experienced C4ISR Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline and at least five (5) years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar programs/projects. In addition, the candidate should have at least two (2) years of direct work experience in design/development, production, installation, and test and evaluation in support of performance-based logistics and depot-level repair programs.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise project personnel and/or team, schedule work, write proposals and/or prepare bids, and have experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.

- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.

- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.

- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

- Provide written and oral communication to management and customers regarding project status, issues, and risks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline.

- At least five (5) years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar programs/projects.

- At least two (2) years of direct work experience in design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation in support of performance-based logistics and depot-level repair programs.

- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
