As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or vehicles entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues and maintain a visible presence.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or policy violations according to site and Allied Universal procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns within the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
