Slot Technical Project Supervisor - Santa Fe

Description:

Plan, coordinate, implement and supervise all activities on the Slot Floor including but not limited to slot installations, slot removals, slot relocations, slot conversions, hardware, firmware and software upgrades and all other programs and projects associated with slot gaming devices and the slot accounting and Player Tracking System. Adhere to all Company policies and carry out instructions of management. Maintain clear and open communication with Team Members and Management. Ensure strict compliance with current Internal Control Measures set forth by Gaming Control Board and the Company, as well as local Internal Control Measures as evaluated by the Property Level Internal Auditor. Maintain the Slot Data Base in Acres regarding changes, conversions, and updates. Ensure the Slot Technicians are trained, updated, and properly following safety procedures.

 Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum three years Slot Technician experience preferred.  Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.  Must have thorough computer skills and knowledge of slot equipment.  Familiarity with set up and programming of all slot video poker games and player tracking systems. Must be able to obtain gaming work card. Must have basic math skills.
