Job Details
The Supervisor, Prescription Acquisition is responsible for leading the Prescription Acquisition (PAC) team. They will work alongside department management to drive and support department efficiencies. In this role, the expectation is to lead by example and support company and department goals as well as demonstrate their ability to drive results and achieve a consistent standard of work from the PAC team.
Responsibilities
Subject matter expert with current end to end new/existing prescription entry processes
Creating, interpreting, monitoring of salesforce reports and following up (prescriptions received and denied, daily call volume, performance management)
Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules
Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements
Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues

Education
High school diploma/GED required.
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Experience
At least 1 year of prior team lead experience, preferably in a closed-door pharmacy/remote environment.
Skills & Abilities
Ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards, and team development
Knowledge of operational pharmacy workflows in support of prescription acquisition
Demonstrate superior written and verbal skills
