How about you</strong><strong>?</strong>   We’re looking for a like-minded, Senior Digital Project Manager with the experience, passion, and skills in strategy, design and project management to help us grow our client relationships.     <strong>Would you like to...?</strong> <ul> <li>Grow and develop strategic relationships on new and existing client accounts, working closely with our Insight &amp; Strategy and Brand Experience teams.</li> <li>Lead and mentor cross disciplinary teams to successfully deliver on quality and client expectations</li> <li>Guide and inspire internal/client teams to produce creatively excellent solutions</li> <li>Identify and initiate new opportunities, while driving and implementing client development strategy   </li> <li>Oversee and manage project schedule, budget, procurement and invoicing  </li> <li>Skilfully and confidently negotiate with your clients, strategically advising them at a business level</li> <li>Continuously review and optimise our internal processes to support our creative and commercial objectives</li> <li>Mentoring, motivating, guiding and shaping the team, providing positive and constructive feedback, being approachable, garnering trust and openness with the team and taking responsibility for the general well-being of the team</li> <li>Managing a selection of core clients strategically. Anticipate issues and challenges before they become critical.
