Job Summary:

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a professional to perform a variety of administrative tasks for the Offender Service Bureau Regional Operations Administrator and various staff, reviews and monitors Population Management issues and trends. This position also creates and implements tracking measures and provides monthly reports, assists and reviews inmates assigned to specific housing locations.

Job Duties:

- Researches, monitors, reviews and compiles data concerning Population Management issues and trends as they relate to specific inmate housing locations, communicates any issues or concerns to the supervisory chain of command
- Develops and maintains various spreadsheets to track inmate housing trends and ensure time frames to ensure organizational, regulations and department orders are being followed
- Completes required reports and correspondences as they relate to the assignment
- Attends meetings
- Drives on State business
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge of:
- Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) Personnel Rules and Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) policies and procedures
- Grammatical formatting, specific, and grammatically correct non-technical language

- Basic understanding of population management

Selective Preference(s):

- Knowledge of computer programs to include Google suite, Gmail, Sheets, Documents, Calendar
- Three (3) years responsible administrative reporting to a Manager or Administrative position

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Employment is contingent on the selected applicant passing a background investigation.
