As part of Bose’s Navigational Finance team, you will play a central role to revolutionizing the driving experience by partnering with Automotive leadership to make sound data driven decisions that help Bose deliver sustainable growth and ultimately reach more customers with the benefits of our technology. Automotive Finance is a highly strategic team supporting a rapidly transforming industry with informative analysis, recommendations, planning, and reporting to ultimately help deliver sustainable and innovative experiences to the market.  

Working on multiple projects at a time, you’ll be focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. You will also collaborate with hardworking finance colleagues from around the globe to ensure division projects are aligned with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities 

• Lead Revenue & Standard Margin analysis for annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes for the Automotive division, ensuring timely completion and accurate presentation to senior leadership 

• Responsible for overseeing Standard Margin variance analysis during the month-end close process, which includes managing customer and profit center master data and related reporting structures 

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting  

• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitive dynamics and industry disruptors to develop financial models that evaluate new customers, market segments or business models  

• Support Automotive's Sales and Marketing functions to prioritize new customer pursuits and establish a Long-Range Sales which is aligned with long-term targets  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred 

• 10+ years related work experience in corporate finance, preferably within the automotive industry or with a large global company 

• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment 

• Natural curiosity, including a willingness to learn/understand various aspects of Bose Automotive 

• Experience creating financial dashboards and reports with data visualization software, such as Microsoft PowerBI 

• Experience leading high performing teams 

• Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
