Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each year.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li><p>Working together with tech teams, the Product Organisation and  leadership roles to apply the best suitable methodology </p></li><li><p>Coaching induviduals and tech teams into Lean &amp; Agile Practices and Mindset </p></li><li><p>Supporting Product Owners and applying Product Management best practices </p></li><li><p>Driving initiatives and projects with organizational impact </p></li><li><p>Being a inspiring facilitator and moderator for all team and organizational demands </p></li><li><p>Influence a healthy team culture by being a role model for agile values and principles </p></li><li><p>Ensure the correct application of the agile process by coaching and trainings and by regularly inspecting and adapting the processes to ensure best fit to the team </p></li><li><p>Capable to address and propose inter-team-related and organizational impediments </p></li><li><p>Guiding other Agile Roles and stakeholders towards improved application of Agile methodologies and mindset </p></li><li><p>Highlighting organizational set-up proposals together with the Tech and Product management </p></li><li><p>Responsible to coach, maintain and improve the agile processes to create high performance teams </p></li><li><p>Responsible to mentor other Agile Coaches and share knowledge and experience </p></li><li><p>Responsible to define, drive and scale the Agile operating model within the organization </p></li><li><p>Responsible to solve conflicts related to teams </p></li><li><p>Accountable for solving impediments inside the organization </p></li><li><p>Fostering self-organization and self-responsibility in the organization </p></li><li><p>Driving the organization to improve its overall processes related to software development </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant discipline </p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of experience with different frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, etc. </p></li><li><p>At least 5 years of experience with moderation, coaching and conflict management </p></li><li><p>Prooven experience in Product Management and the role Product Owner </p></li><li><p>Experience in agile transformation of teams and organizations </p></li><li><p>Ability to work self-responsible and self-organized </p></li><li><p>Very familiar to system thinking </p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  </p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Scrum Certificate  </p></li><li><p>SAFE Certificate </p></li><li><p>System Thinking  </p></li><li><p>Systems Coaching </p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
