And guess what? You can help us fulfil our vision 🙌<br/>We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join our Business Analytics Ecosystems team. Your role will be to use data and analytics to identify and solve the biggest challenges and opportunities for the UK business.You will be based in Barcelona and will report to Lydia Monnington, Head of Business Analytics, based in London. <h3>What will I be doing? 🤔 </h3> <ul> <li>Conduct analyses to identify key opportunities for improving customer service and collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommendations.</li><li>Evaluate financial performance and measure the impact of changes to identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Develop a comprehensive dashboard suite for company leadership to monitor business performance and address issues proactively.</li><li>Identify and establish metrics for measuring business performance effectively.</li><li>Build data models to support efficient analytics, adhering to the company's data mesh approach and utilizing shared core datasets and tools such as DBT.</li><li>Collaborate closely with our legal team to ensure seamless access to essential data resources, fostering efficient operations and compliance.</li></ul> <h3>What do we need from you? 😎 </h3> <ul> <li>4 years of experience in relevant data roles like analytics, product analytics, or similar, you’ve demonstrated your ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven strategies. </li><li>Your great communication skills ensure clear transmission of analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, driving decision-making and actionable insights. </li><li>Proficient in SQL, and at least one of the following: DBT, Python, Tableau, Superset, or Geospatial analytics.</li><li>Proactively engaging with commercial and operational partners, you identify and leverage high-impact analytics opportunities.</li><li>You display adept problem-framing skills, capable of translating general requests or concepts into actionable analytics plans.</li><li>Thriving in dynamic scale-up environments, you contribute to shaping the company's growth trajectory through innovative approaches and influence.</li></ul> <h3>The stuff you wanna know 😉</h3> <ul> <li>Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a company culture focused on learning and development 🎉</li><li>Hybrid working model (3 days/week working from the office) and flexible hours ✨ </li><li>Ticket Restaurant by Edenred (€11 daily) 🥗</li><li>Stuart Academy with regular workshops, Stu-Classes, and Stu-Talks 🎓</li><li>Stuart is putting <u><a href="https://stuart.com/blog/mental-health-awareness/">Mental Health Awareness</a></u> first!
