Position Summary
Work as a member of the Pintler trail crew on wilderness and non-wilderness trails. Chainsaw work, crosscut work, and digging with handtools. Using 4-wheelers, utvs, and horses, and backpacking for 4-5 days at a time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Trail maintenance; clearing blowdown with saws; digging drainage; maintaining bridges
Marginal Duties
Riding horses to clear trails; assisting lead blaster in explosives work
Required Qualifications
Tool aptitude or a desire to learn to use tools and do physical labor outside

Bunkhouse with other workers
Compensation
$600 Weekly Living Allowance
$1,100 RT Travel Allowance
Housing on site provided
All allowances are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
