Job duties: This is a highly responsible, complex position, reporting directly to the District Court Administrator. This position is the purchasing and payment coordinator for the District Court and is entrusted with the responsibility of purchasing supplies, reconciling purchasing card statements, and paying witnesses and appointed attorneys. This position partners with the Johnson County Financial Management and Administration Department (FMA) to ensure that purchases and reconciliations comply with county policy.
Required education and experience: High School Graduation, minimum of two years’ experience in clerical and/or purchasing duties. Must possess strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Preferred qualifications: Experience working for or with the court and/or with the Odyssey case management system is preferred.
