Job Description

The role is responsible for driving effective project management across assigned initiatives, ensuring efficient coordination, execution, and delivery for Workplace Banking, Campus Banking and Goals Coach team. This position also manages digital content updates, supports promotional activities, and oversees workflow submissions across multiple enterprise platforms. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, cross functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Process Improvement
•Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, requirements, and quality standards are met.
•Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness.
•Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Digital Content & Microsite Management
•Maintain and update microsite content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment.
•Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials, collaborating with internal partners as needed.
•Ensure digital assets follow governance, compliance, and publishing standards.
Workflow Submissions & Platform Coordination
•Manage submissions, approvals, and workflows across a number of systems
•Partner with stakeholders to ensure requests are properly documented, reviewed, and executed.
•Track progress across platforms to maintain visibility into project and content pipelines.

Basic Qualifications 
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 
- Five to eight years of experience in project management activities 

Preferred Skills/Experience 
- Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area 
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations for client delivery
- Innovative, agile approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong organizational and analytical skills 
- Advanced knowledge of project management 
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Proficiency with Workfront, CAT, PID, JIRA & Brightcove
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 


The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
