You will be involved in the preparation of our companies' annual financial statements and support both external and internal audit processes. Your expertise and active collaboration are crucial to successfully carrying out these processes and ensuring the financial integrity of our companies.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for monthly provisions according to HGB/UGB and US-GAAP. Preparation and maintenance of consolidated monthly reporting in accordance with local law and US GAAP</li><li>Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements of the German and Austrian companies. Preparation of the reporting system, especially to the Bundesbank and Bafin. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for submission to the US Corporate Reporting Team</li><li>Review and approve account reconciliations and accruals</li><li>Documentation of accounting processes. Support and backup for the Director Accounting. Review and apply all Company accounting policies under local law and US GAAP</li><li>Close cooperation with the shared service center teams in Poland and India</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will need to have:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to independently prepare commercial law statements</li><li>Very good knowledge of German and English</li><li>Profound knowledge and experience with HGB (ideally also in US GAAP)</li><li>Good knowledge of Oracle / SAP (ideally SAP S 4 HANA) is an advantage</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Was macht ein erfolgreicher Senior Accountant (m/w/d)?</span></b></p><p>Als Senior Accountant (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Erstellung der monatlichen Abschlüsse gemäß den Vorschriften von US-GAAP und HGB in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams. Sie sind maßgeblich an der Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse unserer Gesellschaften beteiligt und unterstützen sowohl externe als auch interne Prüfungsprozesse. Ihre Expertise und aktive Mitarbeit sind entscheidend, um diese Prozesse erfolgreich durchzuführen und die finanzielle Integrität unserer Unternehmen zu gewährleisten.</p><p></p><p><b>Ihre Aufgaben:</b></p><ul><li><p>Erstellung des Meldewesens insb. an die Bundesbank und Bafin. Erstellung und Pflege des konsolidierten monatlichen Berichtswesens nach lokalem Recht und US-GAAP</p></li><li><p>Verantwortung für monatliche Rückstellungen nach HGB/UGB und US-GAAP. Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses der deutschen und österreichischen Gesellschaften.</p></li><li><p>Überprüfung und Freigabe von Kontoabstimmungen und Rückstellungen.
