About the job:

You will be part of a team based in Miami and supported by an institutional platform that has the resources, specialists and intellectual capital to advise clients in achieving their desired objectives.

* Attend to and maintain relationships with customers by earning trust and thoroughly understanding the customer’s needs, providing quality and timely service, with the main objective being to provide the customer with a unique customer service experience.

* Assist the FA in achieving business results and acquiring new assets, both from existing and new customer base acquisition

* Partner with internal specialists to provide cross-functional expertise to clients when needed

* Prioritize the care of Financial Advisors's (FA) clients while they are traveling.

* Assist FA's from other teams as needed.

* Strictly comply with all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures.

* Daily reporting of activities and calls received to traveling FA's (Daily logbook).

* More than three years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services developing business,

Individuals and families with UHN and/or high net worth in Latin America market

Requirements:

* BA, MBA, CFA, CFP preferred. 

* Series 65 or its equivalent (i.e. CFA) - MANDATORY

* Sales success and strong business acumen

* Strong community presence with an established network

* Focuses on the customer experience and works tirelessly on to obtain

* Proactive, takes initiative and utilizes critical thinking to solve problems

* Dynamic and credible professional who communicates clearly 

* Exceptional presentation skills

* Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout the business

* Spanish fluency required

It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
