Responsibilities:

• Performing document control
• Maintaining administrative logs.
• Support with contract administration.
• Managing time sensitive data.
• Procurement of materials.
• Maintaining electronic and physical plan and specification conformed documents.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask & prioritize.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Preferred office experience in the construction industry.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
