Hall Mazda in Virginia Beach is adding a Part-Time Parts Inventory Clerk / Driver to our busy team. This is a day schedule which will offer flexible hours for the right candidate. Pay range is $14-$15/hour.

Summary:
The Parts Clerk will assist the parts, service, dealership and wholesale departments in pulling and replenishing the parts department. This role will also involve parts delivery driving and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively at a high level to internal and external customers.

Essential Duties:
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Notify parts manager of out- of stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
- Pull orders for delivery to wholesale customers, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number
- Provide daily bin count results to Parts Manager
- Keep stock room clean and orderly

- Parts delivery driving as needed

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in automotive counter/parts sales preferred

- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major moving violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills
