Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Product Manager to support the design and delivery of the tools and systems that power our global operations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, define requirements, and help implement solutions across in-house software, third-party tools, and integrated services that enable Bloq.it to scale efficiently.

What will be your responsibilities:

1. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Operations platform, covering internal tools, 3rd-party software, and integration layers, from discovery to deployment and optimization
2. Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience for internal teams and external partners
3. Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, hardware, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time.
5. Translate complex requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
6. Leverage data and user insights to drive decision-making, measure success, and inform iterative improvements.
7. Facilitate stakeholder alignment via regular product reviews, demos, and status updates.
8. Advocate for the product internally and externally, evangelizing new features and gathering feedback to fuel continuous improvement.
   
   

What are the requirements to join us in this position:

1. 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally focused on internal platforms, operations tooling, or enterprise systems.
2. Proven success managing product roadmaps and shipping features in agile/lean teams.
3. Solid technical understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or embedded firmware.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
5. Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences and foster collaboration.
6. Experience working with hardware-related products, IoT, logistics, or last-mile delivery solutions is a plus.
7. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
