Senior Home Health RN- CWOCN- SCS Home Health
Schedule: Monday- Friday with rotating weekend shifts
Provides quality care to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. The nurse functions as a consultant in the nursing assessment of patients who are managed by other nurses or disciplines in the department and coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Upon hire: Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
- 3 years of Nursing experience.

Preferred qualifications:
- Hospice, Homecare, Long Term Care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology.
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
